Uranus Fudge Factory & General Store sits directly on historic Route 66 at 14400 Highway Z, St. Robert, MO 65584. Take Exit 163 off Interstate 44, roughly halfway between St. Louis and Springfield. We're open 8 AM to 9 PM daily. Whether you're driving the route for the Centennial or celebrating from your couch, here's what's happening in Uranus for Route 66's 100th, and how to get a piece of it shipped anywhere in America.

The U.S. highway system was approved on November 11, 1926, and a certain road running from Chicago to Santa Monica got the number 66. One hundred years, a hit TV show, a Nat King Cole song, and one Pixar movie later, the whole country is celebrating. The national kickoff happened right here in Missouri, where Springfield hosted the official Centennial launch on April 30, 2026, the anniversary of the 1926 telegram that proposed the route. Missouri isn't just on Route 66. Missouri is where Route 66 was born.

And Uranus is where it gets weird. In the best way.

The Biggest Day in the History of Uranus (So Far)

On June 11, 2026, Uranus had the biggest day in its history. Thousands of people rolled in as the 2026 HOT ROD Power Tour made Uranus a stop on its St. Louis leg. The Power Tour is the world's largest traveling car show, and this year it's celebrating 100 years of Route 66. The parking lot filled with everything from patina'd '54 Chevys to split-window VW buses to packs of touring Harleys, and the fudge counter never stopped moving.

Mayor of Uranus Louie Keen and Miss Tiffany Baker were proud to host the biggest crowd the town has ever seen, and that was just a warm-up. Every road-tripper, rally, caravan, and motorcycle club running the Mother Road this Centennial year: consider this your official invitation to Uranus.
