Strawberry Shortcake Fudge – September Fudge of the Month
The county fair dessert, no plate required.
We take a creamy vanilla fudge base, fold in sweet strawberry, and finish it with crumbly shortcake pieces. The strawberry comes on first — bright and jammy, like the ones that get picked at peak and don't make it to the car. The shortcake shows up underneath, buttery and a little crumbly, so every square eats like the real thing minus the fork.
The pink-and-cream swirl means every piece cuts a little different. That's the strawberry doing what strawberries do.
Made in small batches by our Fudge Packers, hand-cut, and packed to order. Serve it at room temperature for the softest bite.
