We start with a real black tea fudge base, swirl in bright lemon, and cut it thick. The tea hits first — smooth, a little malty, the way a glass of iced tea tastes once the ice has done its work. Then the lemon shows up and cuts the sweetness before it gets away from you.
The yellow-and-caramel swirl means no two squares come out of the pan looking the same. That's not a flaw, that's the swirl doing its job.
Made in small batches by our Fudge Packers, hand-cut, and packed to order. Serve it at room temperature for the softest bite.
