Uranus Rewards

How do I use my rewards?

Earn Pokes in Uranus on every purchase (4 Pokes per $1 spent), plus bonus Pokes for signing up, following us on social media, and on your birthday. Once you’ve racked up Pokes, redeem them at checkout: 500 Pokes gets you $5 in Uranus Cash, 1,000 gets you $10, and 2,000 gets you $20.

Storing Your Fudge

How do I store Uranus fudge?

Store up to 2 weeks at room temperature or 6 months frozen. Uranus fudge should never be refrigerated.

Why should I not refrigerate Uranus fudge?

Refrigeration ruins the flavor because the fudge will act as a sponge and absorb odors from inside the fridge.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship all of your products?

We ship all products available on our website. Occasionally, our stores will carry special items not available online. Please purchase those items in-store.

Our in-store customers love our Dark Sea Salt & Praline Pecan fudges. However, we do not offer these fudges for order online as caramel does not travel well.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer fast and free shipping on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories). Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to taxes and duties, which are paid by the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are not included in product prices. Please note that refunds for international orders are issued as store credit only.

How do you handle shipping in warm weather?

We take heat seriously in Uranus. From mid-May through mid-October, perishable orders ship on Mondays to avoid weekend warehouse holds, and we recommend delivery to an indoor, air-conditioned address where someone can receive the package.

You can add Warm Weather Protection to any fudge order for just $5, which includes insulated packs to keep your goodies cool in transit. Expedited shipping options are also available to shorten time in the heat. Get the full rundown on our Warm Weather Protection page.

Returns & Order Issues

What's your return policy for online orders?

We accept returns on most non-perishable items within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Perishable goods (including fudge and most confections), final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact our Customer Care team by email at fudgepacker1@uranusgeneralstore.com, by phone at 1 (833) 4URANUS (487-2687), or through the “Talk to Uranus” chat with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

For perishable items like fudge and chocolate, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. For all other merchandise, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Please note that perishable orders shipped without our recommended Warm Weather Protection are not eligible for refund or exchange due to heat damage.

Fudge, Ingredients & Allergens

Is your fudge gluten-free?

Most of our fudge is gluten-free, with the exception of Cookies & Cream and Toffee (cross-contact).

Does Uranus fudge contain eggs?

No. Our fudge contains milk & soy, but not eggs.

What's in your reduced sugar fudge?

Can I buy smaller pieces?

No, Uranus fudge is only sold as full squares.

Do you offer seasonal flavors?

Yes, we have a Fudge of the Month—a new flavor of Uranus fudge each month.

What is your most popular fudge?

Our most popular single flavor is our classic Chocolate Fudge, handmade the old-fashioned way. Can’t pick just one? Customers also love our A Taste of Uranus Sampler, which lets you try multiple flavors in one box.
