Order from 1/2/25

I would love to give you 5 stars but it is impossible since I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER as of 1/11/25. I sent a message yesterday stating that my USPS tracker has it possibly still in St Robert at the post office.

Buyers Beware

First, it is great how Uranus polices their page to insure nothing other then 5☆ reviews are allowed on the page. Also, London is a terrible cashier who drops merchandise (so you may not get what you bring to the counter), rings up items you dont have, and you have to watch like a hawk to insure he does his job properly and Amanda is a terrible manager who even though you you try to work with her, she will always take the handling approach and make sure customer service and care is absolute last on the list. Two thumbs down and I wish I hadn't wasted so much money (over $350) on a novelty place who couldn't care less about their customers.

*** WATCH THE REGISTER!!! ***

Uranus is a fun place HOWEVER DO NOT EXPECT ACCOUNTABILITY AT THE REGISTER! Furthermore, do NOT expect accountability from management. London was our cashier who had a very difficult time keeping track of out items (dropping on the floor, double ringing items up, ringing up items we didn't have, etc). We purchased over $360 in items from their location, however London mishandled one of our items and we didn't end up getting it. Luckily he didn't ring it up so we didn't pay for it, however we also didn't have the gift we wanted for our friend. To add insult to the situation, we contacted the store manager, Amanda, who couldn't keep her story straight in defending London. We have no issue paying for the shirt, however we asked for complimentary shipping for the hassles and issues. Amanda, who is not very professional or skilled in customer service, said she didn't see the issue and we were free to purchase the shirt on line and pay for shipping. So make sure you get everything you intended to purchase and pay for. Trust isn't a commodity I would recommend giving the cashiers or management much of.
